How do I reset the camera to the factory defaults?
While the ZN62 is powered on, press and hold the Mode key (on the bottom of the camera) until the
orange status LED glows. Delete the cam from the app and install the camera again.
Can the Live View from the ZN62 be seen by more
than one smartphone or tablet?
Up to eight devices can be deployed, but the video may not be smooth. The camera is best operated
if no more than about three devices are connected. They can be a mix of Android and iOS devices.
How many cameras can be managed from the app?
You can list up to eight cameras in the app, but for the best performance you’re best to jockey no
more than three cameras from an app.
What are the camera’s file formats?
The video format is MP4. The image format is JPG.
Why is there no recording on the ZN62?
The ZN62 is not turned on or there is no microSD card. If there is a card inserted, it may be damaged.
Try using a different microSD card.
Why is the status LED always red?
Either there is no microSD card inserted or the card is full or damaged. Try using another microSD
card. Alternatively, the camera is defective or the battery is dead.
Why does the ZN62 change to AP mode
automatically?
The ZN62 will return to AP mode automatically if it cannot connect to the router after some time.
