Bug fix:
1. Sometimes it is difficult to connect from the Internet, so make sure you have an optimized
network connection.
2. Check if the reason you can’t connect to the router is because the SSID name or
password contains special characters: the SSID name has “# \” or the password has “\” or
the encryption is WPA/WPA2-enterprise.
4. Create a directory “upgrade_zetta” in the microSD card and unzip the ten files to the microSD
card, with all the files in the directory “upgrade_zetta”, as below:
5. Safely remove the ZN62 from the computer.
6. Connect the ZN62 to the AC adapter.
7. Turn on the ZN62.
8. The green light will be on and after a while, the orange light will come on. Make sure the orange
light is flashing. If you do not see the orange light flashing after a long time, try another microSD
card or contact us at [e-mail].
9. Turn off the ZN62, connect the ZN62 to the computer and delete the directory
“upgrade_zetta”.
10. Safely remove the ZN62 from the computer and turn on the ZN62 again.
