The camera functions normally, but no sound is recorded.
Make sure the audio has not been set to Off in the Video Modes configuration. (See
above.) The red LED will be shown together with the yellow or blue LED if the sound has
been muted. Also make sure the External Microphone parameter is set to ‘Disable’.
There is a distinctive buzzing or clicking noise when videos are played back.
Only use quality microSD cards with a class rating of 10 or greater. Low-quality cards can
draw excessive current which may result in electrical noise in the recording.
Can the camera transfer files to a Macintosh computer?
The camera uses a general USB driver, so it should connect to Macs as well as Windows.
