MISCELLANEOUS SETTINGS
Used in a stationary position
for surveillance, the camera
can be set to only record when
it detects motion. See “Motion
Detection” below. If you don’t
want to alert anyone that the
camera is being deployed, you
can also turn off the beeper.
If you purchase an external
microphone for the camera, you
should enable its setting.
The Gravity Sensor (G-sensor)
has multiple uses. First, turning
it on allows the camera to
record content upright even
when used upside down.
Also, the G-sensor should be
enabled to detect an impact
while recording video. Loop
Recording must be enabled if
the G-Sensor is also enabled.
The file will be automatically set
to Read-Only and moved to the
Locked folder on the memory
card, so it won’t be erased by
loop recording.
