10. Pivot the Pivot Linkage (1) (Figure 10:A) until the
Rate Gate (E) opens completely (Figure 10:B). Push
the handle (F) of the Cable (6) all the way into the
cable assembly (Figure 10:C). Adjust the placement
of the nut (H) and #10-32 Nylon Lock Nut (13) to
secure the Cable Linkage (2) onto the Cable (6)
(Figure 10:D). Pull the cable handle (F) as far out
as possible and ensure that the Rate Gate (E) closes
completely. If the Rate Gate (E) doesn't close, adjust
the #10-32 Nylon Lock Nut (13) and the hex nut
(H). If more adjustment is needed, move the Cable
Linkage (2) to one of the two other holes on the Pivot
Linkage (1). Continue adjustment until the Rate Gate
(E) opens completely when the cable handle (F) is
pushed all the way in, and closes completely when
the cable handle is pulled out.

11. Clamp the Cable Bracket (4) to your vehicle at a
convenient location (For a UTV, It is recommended
to clamp the Cable Bracket to the outside arm rest.)
using two 1/4" Nylon Lock Nuts (11), two 1/2"
Conduit Clamps (15), and two 1/4"-20 x 1" Bolts
(7) as shown in Figure 11. The Cable Bracket (4)
features eight different possible holes for mounting
your cable at whatever angle you desire. For
stability, it is recommended that you use both 1/2"
Conduit Clamps in this step.
