None of our products are validated until they have passed stringent tests that exceed current standards (ISO4210). The lifespan of each EXAKT pedals depends on numerous factors, such as the body shape and size of the cyclist and the conditions of use. Impacts, falls, inappropriate use or generally rough use can compromise the structural integrity of the components and considerably reduce their lifespan. Certain components are also subject to wear over time.
WARNING: Before each ride, check that your pedals and cleats are clean and function properly. Regularly check the wear of your cleats and replace with new ones when necessary. Worn cleats may inadvertently disengage and could lead to an accident. Cleats should be replaced as soon as any one of the four white cleat wear indicators becomes apparent, regardless of whether you have red, grey, or black cleats. Replace your old cleats only with LOOK KEO cleats. Do not pierce, paint, or re-clear coat your pedals.
This guarantee does not apply to “Special Service Course” products and/or products purchased by professional or amateur teams, athletes, clubs, rental services.
