der Litzenleitungs-Spezialist!
Die Grundlage unseres Qualitäts- und Fertigungsstandards im
Litzenleitungsbereich bildet die jahrzehntelange Erfahrung bei
der Herstellung von Litzenleitungen mit Isolierungen aus PVC,
Silicon und TPE.
Durch Auswahl und Zusammenstellung geeigneter Rohstoffe
und durch stetige Modernisierung unserer Produktionsanlagen
wurde das Litzenleitungs-Programm an die aktuellen techni-
schen Anforderungen und Normen angepasst.
Für mehrere Typen unserer bewährten Litzenleitungen liegen
Zertikate externer Prüabors vor, wie z. B. VDE, UL u. a.
Dieser Katalog zeigt das gesamte Standard-Programm unserer
Litzenleitungen. Darüber hinaus fertigen wir ggf. auch Sonder-
leitungen nach Kundenwunsch.
Der Aderaufbau –
die Seele unserer Litzen
Die Basis unserer Litzenleitungen sind feinstdrähtige, blank-
weiche oder verzinnte Elektrolytkupferlitzen. Je nach Leitungs-
querschnitt können diese aus mehreren Hundert bis zu einigen
Tausend Einzeldrähtchen bestehen, die zumeist Durchmesser
von 0,05 mm bis 0,10 mm haben und mit kurzem Schlag ver-
seilt sind. Das bedeutet viele Windungen um die Längsachse
pro Längeneinheit. In Kombination mit den elastischen Isolier-
werkstoffen führt dieses zu äußerster Flexibilität der fertigen
Leitungen.

Our many years of experience in the production of multistrand
wires with PVC, silicone and TPE insulation form the basis of
our quality and manufacturing standard in this eld.
By selecting and combining suitable raw materials, as well as
the constant modernisation of our production facilities, the
range of multistrand wires has been adapted to the latest tech-
nical requirements and standards.
Certicates of external test laboratories such as VDE, UL etc.
exist for a number of our tried and tested multistrand wires and
cables.
This catalogue shows our complete standard range of multi-
strand cables. We also make special cables to customers’ indi-
vidual specications.
The Wire Design –
The Heart of Our Multistrand Wires
Our multistrand wires are based on super-ne, bright-soft or
tinned electrolytic copper strands. Depending on the cross-
section, these may consist of hundreds or even thousands of
individual wires, the majority with a diameter between 0.05
mm and 0.10 mm, stranded with a short twist. This means
a number of windings along the longitudinal axis per unit of
length. In combination with the elastic insulating materials this
leads to the exceptional exibility of the nished wires.
