LD1086 1.5 A adjustable and fixed low drop positive voltage regulator Datasheet - production data Description DPAK TO-220 D²PAK DFN8 (4x4) D²PAK/A Features Typical dropout: 1.3 V at 1.5 A Three-terminal adjustable or fixed output voltage: 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V Automotive grade (adjustable VOUT in TO-220 and DPAK packages only) The LD1086 is a low drop voltage regulator capable of providing up to 1.5 A of output current. Dropout is guaranteed at a maximum of 1.
