The STTH8R06, which uses ST Turbo 2 600 V

technology, is specially suited as boost diode in

continuous mode power factor corrections and

hard switching conditions.

Package information 2 STTH8R06 Package information ● Epoxy meets UL94, V0 ● Cooling method: by conduction (C) ● Recommended torque values: 0.8 to 1.0 N·m (TO-220FPAC), 0.4 to 0.6 N·m to (TO-220AC) In order to meet environmental requirements, ST offers these devices in ECOPACK® packages. These packages have a lead-free second level interconnect. The category of second level interconnect is marked on the package and on the inner box label, in compliance with JEDEC Standard JESD97.
