LIMITED FIVE YEAR WARRANTY
PLASTIC PRODUCTS
Stack-On Products Company (Stack-On) plastic tool boxes are warranted to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of
purchase from the original purchaser. This Warranty extends to the initial purchaser
only.
If a defect in material or workmanship appears, return the tool box, freight prepaid to:

Under this Warranty, Stack-On will replace the defective tool box. This Warranty shall
not apply to this product or any part thereof which has been subject to accident,
negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. Stack-On is not responsible for any incidental
or consequential damages which many arise out of the purchase or use of any Stack-
On products. Stack-On’s liability for any breach of this Warranty shall be limited to
repair or replacement of the defective product. Some States do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion
may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from State to State.
