Statement of Warranty
EverMark, LLC warrants its stair parts for 1-year from date of purchase against manufacturers
defects and workmanship only.
At the sole discretion of EverMark, LLC, we will do one of the following:
1. Refund the purchase price of the item only. Any shipping/handling charges not included.
2. Replace the item with same product, if available.
3. If the defective item is no longer available or out-of-stock, we will replace that item with a similar
item only.
In no event shall EverMark, LLC pay or reimburse for labor, installation or finishing of the
replacement of original stair part, or for any other cost relating to the replacement of the stair part, all
of which shall be the sole responsibility of the person making the warranty claim.
Our staircase products, unless stated otherwise, are for interior use only and should be treated
as interior wood products. Our wood and metal products should be stored in climate controlled
environments at all times, free from excessive humidity and temperature variations.
Improper storage, prolonged storage, improper installation and/or handling, voids this warranty.
