TheAeroPilates®SpaceMateisdesignedtobeusedathomewithadoorthatclosessecurelywherethereisenoughoor
spaceinfrontofthedoor(approximately5’X8’)toperformtheexercises.Followtheinstructionsbelowforfastandeasyset
up.

How to place the door attachment high (on top of door) or low (just above the door knob)
Findadoorthatclosestowardyou,preferablyonethatlocks.Placethedoorattachmentbetweenthedoorandthedoorjamb
atthedesiredheightandsecurelycloseandlockthedoor.Someexerciseswillrequirethedoorattachmenttobeplacedhigh
ontopofthedoor,andforsomeitwillbeplacedlowjustabovethedoorknob.Tochangedoorattachmentposition,unlockand
openthedoor,resetthedoorattachment,closethedoorandre-lockit.
Clipthehand/footstrapstotheendsofthe
resistancecords.
