of the name of the vessel or person you want
to list in the directory.

soft key to store the first
letter of the name and step to the next letter to
the right.
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 until the name is complete.
Press the
►
key to move to the next space if you want to enter a blank
space in the name.
If a mistake was made entering in the name, press the
◄ / ►
keys
repeatedly until the wrong letter is highlighted, then press the ▲ / ▼
keys to correct the entry.
10. After the twelfth letter or space has been
entered, press the
FINISH
soft key to return to
the previous screen.

11. Select “
MMSI
” with the ▲ / ▼ keys, then press

SELECT
soft key.
12. Press the ▲ / ▼ keys to scroll through
numbers, 0 to 9.
13. Press the
SELECT
soft key to store the number
and step to the next digit to the right.
14. Repeat steps 12 and 13 until the MMSI is complete.
If a mistake was made entering in the MMSI number, press the
◄ / ►
keys repeatedly until the wrong number is highlighted, then press the ▲
/ ▼ keys to correct the entry.
15. After the ninth number has been entered,
press the
FINISH
soft key to return to the
previous screen.

17. To enter another individual address, repeat steps 5 through 16.
