NOTE

In the RS232 connections, the assignment of DC ground of the chart

plotter needs to be the same as that of the GX1600 and GX1700.

CAUTION

Care must be taken not to touch any of the NMEA wires (blue, gray

or brown) to positive 12 VDC or the radio may be damaged.
