CONDITIONS
All Stanley Video Doorbells are guaranteed
for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase
against defects in workmanship and materials.
Stanley Video Doorbell will at its sole option repair
or replace any Stanley Video Doorbell products.
This warranty becomes void if there is any
malfunction, defect or failure caused by or
resulting from the evidence of impact,
mishandling, tampering, use contrary to the
applicable instruction manual, incorrect power
line voltage, fire, flood or other natural
disasters, shipping damage or damage resulting
from repairs performed from unauthorized
personnel. Routine cleaning, normal cosmetic
and mechanical wear and tear are not covered
under the terms of this warranty.
When returning the product under warranty,
please pack it carefully, insure your product,
enclose your warranty card, original receipt and
brief explanation of the problem. This warranty
card does not cover the postal cost, insurance
and / or any other incidental charges.

service.

2. Check the product model name.
3. Check your router IP address and login password.
Or, check the router model name and ISP provider
name. Remote access to your PC may be necessary.
