The CMP.800 allows you to play from a number of mass‐storage devices as well as CDs, and acts as a powerful MIDI controller for popular DJ software. Link UP With this function a USB device can be plugged into a single CMP.800, and a second player can access the data from the drive. Follow the directions below to setup the link function. MAIN PLAYER: a. Press the Menu button to enter the internal menu. b. Once you are in the internal menu, turn the FOLDER knob until MIDI SETUP is displayed. c. Press the SHIFT button and turn TRACK knob until the USB = LINK is displayed, and press the Menu button to memorize the setting and exit. d.

Media Wallet Media Wallet: Media Wallet is a database management software program that allows you to prepare the media content on your USB drives and enables you to search for your files by Title, Artist, Album and Genre. Data Backup The database builder will scan your USB hard drive and create database files to locate the files in your music library in your favor.
