Product Warranty (for products purchased in the U.S.A.) 1. What is covered and for how long? All Products: inMusic Brands, Inc. (“inMusic”) warrants to the original purchaser that Stanton products and all other accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing upon the date of purchase from an authorized Stanton dealer and continuing for the following period of time after that date for one (1) year.
. What are the limits on inMusic’s liabilities? THE WARRANTIES GIVEN IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, TOGETHER WITH ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES COVERING STANTON PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Product Warranty (for products purchased outside of the U.S.A.) 1. inMusic Brands, Inc. (“inMusic”) warrants to the original purchaser that Stanton products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing upon the date of purchase from an authorized Stanton dealer and continuing for the following period of time after that date for (1) Year. 2. This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product by the purchaser.
This Limited Warranty allocates risk of product failure between purchaser and Stanton, and Stanton’s product pricing reflects this allocation of risk and the limitations of liability contained in this Limited Warranty. The agents, employees, distributors, and dealers of Stanton are not authorized to make modifications to this Limited Warranty, or make additional warranties binding on Stanton or inMusic.
Service Instructions • • • • Refer all servicing to authorized service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped. Disconnect power cord before servicing. Replace critical components only with factory parts or recommended equivalents.
13. Caution (if applicable): Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type. Batteries (a battery pack or an installed battery) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, etc. 14. (If applicable) Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. 15. Protective earthing terminal (if applicable): The apparatus should be connected to a mains socket outlet with a protective earthing connection.
NOTICE CONCERNING FCC REGULATIONS: You are cautioned that changes or modifications not expressly approved by the part responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
