3) Hold the EP-L cartridgeas shownbelow,then rockit gentlyback and

forthabout45degreesin eachdirection,about5 or 6 times.Thiswillre-

distributethetonerinsidethecartridge.

4) ReplacetheEP-Lcartridgein theprinter,thenclosethe sidecover.

If verticalwhitestreaksstillappearafterthetonerinsidethe cartridgehas

beenre-distributed,thecartridgeneedstobereplaced.See“2.2Installingthe

EP-Lcartridge”for replacingthe cartridge.
