Power Cycling the Orion Reader
If the Orion Reader stops communicating with the host system and does not respond
to the RESET READER (0006H) command, try power cycling the reader.
To power cycle the reader
1. Display the version by typing version. This provides the IP addresses for the
Orion Reader.
2. Display the error log by typing ShowErrorLog. Using the Hyper Terminal, save
the error log to a file by selecting Capture Text... from the Transfer drop-down
menu (Figure 9-6). The Capture feature in the menu bar at the bottom of the
screen darkens to show text is captured.
