CARBON STEEL BAKEWARE
CARE AND USE INSTRUCTIONS
• Before using your new bakeware, wash thoroughly in hot soapy water using a soft
cloth or sponge. Dry completely.
• For best baking results, lightly grease the pan before use.
• For easy removal of baked goods, cool 5 to 10 minutes before taking out of pan.
• Never cut anything on the bakeware or use utensils with sharp edges, to avoid
piercing the non-stick surface. Always use nylon, silicone, or wooden kitchen tools.
• This bakeware is oven safe up to 230 ˚C / 450 ˚F. Always use oven mitts when
handling.
• Never use metal scouring pads to clean the non-stick surface.
• Hand wash only. Dry thoroughly before storing.
