*PEX4S952 shown Jumper settings for Pin 9 power LP4 molex connector Connector for DB9 breakout cable Setting Power Mode This card is specially designed to allow for power output from the ninth pin of the DB9 connector(s) for devices that support power over serial. This card allows users to set each port with 5V, 12V, or RI (no power) via jumper settings on the card. Users can also choose to draw the necessary power directly from the system power supply by connecting the LP4 molex power connector.

In the new Computer Management window, select Device Manager from the left window panel. 3. Double-click on Ports (COM & LPT) option. The appropriate number of additional COM ports should be visible. The ports are ready to connect to new devices.
