Setting Power Mode
This card is specially designed to allow for power output from the ninth
pin of the DB9 connector(s) for devices that support power over serial.
This card allows users to set each port with 5V, 12V, or RI (no power)
via jumper settings on the card. Users can also choose to draw the
necessary power directly from the system power supply by connecting
the LP4 molex power connector.
Hardware Installation
Turn your computer off and any peripherals connected to the 1.
computer (ie. Printers, external hard drives, etc.). Unplug the power
cable from the rear of the power supply on the back of the computer.
Remove the cover from the computer case. Refer to 2.
