Installation Tools Required: 1. Use 16-M6x12 (J) Hex Washer Screws to secure the 4 Rack Rails (E) & 4 Panel Brackets (W) to the Side Panels (A and B). 2. Screw 6 Connecting Bolts (Q) into each Side Panel (A and B). Then Screw 2 M6x15 Adjustable Studs (N) into each Side Panel (A and B).
3. Install 6 Cams (P) into the holes on the Rack Top (C) and Rack Bottom (D) panels. Then press 4 Dowel Pins (R) each (12 total) into the holes on the Front/Rear Support (F), Rack Top (C) and Rack Bottom (D) panels.
4. Drop Rack Top (C), Rack Bottom (D) and Rront/Rear Support (F) panels onto the Side Panel with Cams (P) engaging with connecting bolts (Q). Turn all Cams clockwise to secure Side Panels (A and B).
5. (Optional) Use 16-M6x12 Hex Washer Screws (J) to secure 4 Casters (V) to the Rack Bottom.
6. Use 8-M5x12 Truss Screws (K) to secure the Ventilation Panel (G) and the Cable Entry Panel (H) to the two Side Panels. 7. Install the Latch (T) into the holes on the Rear Panel (Y). 8. Slide the base of the Rear Panel (Y) onto the Cable Entry Panel, the push the top in to close. Install the Round Grommet (U) into hole in the Rack Top.
9. Install the Latch (T) into the hole on the Front Door (X). NOTE: The Front Door can be installed to open in either direction based on your preference.
10.Use 2-M4x12 Wood Screws (M) to attach the Strike Plate (S) to the far Side Panel from where the door will hinge. Pull the spring down as you slide the Front Door (X) into place and hold until it falls into the proper slot.
