Attach the Shoulder

1. Rotate the Lever on the Shoulder counterclockwise to

loosen the Shoulder.

Note: The Lever has a ratchet feature. Freely rotate the Lever

by pulling it away from the Shoulder and rotating it to the

desired position.

2. Slide the Shoulder over and down the Pole, until it makes

contact with the Collar.

3. Rotate the Lever on the Shoulder clockwise to tighten the

Shoulder. (Figure 3)
