Section 1 Human Sport safety and warning information ® It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of Star Trac Human Sport products to read the owner’s manual, warning labels and instruct all individuals, whether they are the end user or supervising personnel on proper usage of the equipment. It is recommended that all users of Star Trac Human Sport exercise equipment be informed of the following information prior to its use.

Section 2 Assembly The following section provides exploded diagrams and written instruction for the assembly of Human ® Sport manufactured by Star Trac The assembly and packaging of the Human Sport line is done in order to make it faster and easier to be installed in a facility. For safety, two people are strongly recommended when removing the machines from the shipping pallet and during the assembly of the machine components.
Shoulder Chest INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: Take special care when unwrapping unit, DO NOT use knifes to cut open packaging damage may occur. STEPS: 1. Take main body off the pallet and place it on the floor. 2. Attach the (2) lower arms to their respective sides of the main body. (Note: cables are attached; take special care not to pinch, twist, or damage cables. Make sure the cables travel straight).
PULLEY LAT INSTALLATION NOTE: take special care when unwrapping unit, DO NOT use knifes to cut open packaging damage may occur. STEPS: 1. Take main body off the pallet and place it on the floor. 2. Attach the upper arms to the main body. (note: cables are attached, take special care not to pinch, twist, or damage cables. Make sure the cables travel straight).
AB CRUNCH ARM CURL INSTALLATION Note: take special care when unwrapping unit, DO NOT use knifes to cut open packaging damage may occur. STEPS: 1. Take main body off the pallet and place it on the floor. 2. Attach the lower arms to the main body. (NOTE: cables are attached; take special care not to pinch, twist, or damage cables. Make sure the cables travel straight).
LIFT PULL INSTALLATION Note: take special care when unwrapping unit, DO NOT use knifes to cut open packaging damage may occur. STEPS: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Take main body off the pallet and place it on the floor. Attach the platform to the main body. Use (2) M12 washers, (2) M12 x 30 button head screws, and (2) M12 locking nuts to mount platform to the main body, tighten fasteners to (84 NM / 62 ft-lb) torque. Mount the upper arms to the main body (Note: this requires (2) people.

Take main body off the pallet and place it on the floor. Attach the seat pad frame to the main body. (Note: cables are attached to this assembly, take special care to not pinch, twist or damage cables. Make sure cables travel straight).
TOTAL LEGS INSTALLATION NOTE: take special care when unwrapping unit, do not use knifes to cut open packaging damage may occur. STEPS: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Take main body off the pallet and place it on the floor. Attach the front handles to the main body. Use (4) M12 washers and (4) M12 x 30 button head screws to handles to the main body; tighten fasteners to (84 NM / 62 ft-lb) torque. Mount front panel to the front bottom of the handle frame.
Section 3 Strength product use ® Human Sport embodies the latest ideation and science in its application of resistance training. Each page will highlight a specific machine and features the exercise placard for reference on proper use. Human Sport products ship palletized for secure transportation and space efficiency. Each unit is assembled and tested at the factory and then partially disassembled to fit efficiently on the shipping palette.
