NOTE: take special care when unwrapping unit, do not use knifes to cut

open

packaging damage may

occur.

STEPS:

1. Take main body off the pallet and place it on the

floor.

2. Attach the front handles to the main body.

Use (4) M12 washers and

(4)

M12 x 30 button head screws to handles to the main body;

tighten

fasteners to (84 NM / 62 ft-lb)

torque.

3. Mount front panel to the front bottom of the handle frame.

Use (4)

M8 x

50 button head screws, (4) M8 locking nuts, and (4) M8 washers. T

ighten

snuggly to

the

frame.

4. Mount (2) back panels to the lower section of the main body. Use (4)

M8 x

50 button head screws,

(4) M8 locking nuts, and (4) M8 washers.

Tighten

snuggly to the

frame.

5. Mount the deck to the unit. Use (8) M8 x 20 button head screws, (8)

M8 w

ashers, and (8) M8 locking

nut. Tighten fasteners to (24 NM / 18 ft-lb)

torque.

6. Attach accessories to the

unit.

7. Place urethane boots under

feet.
