Never attempt to immerse the unit in water or any other liquid. This will damage the unit and void the warranty. Do not mix old and new batteries. SWITCH / BUTTON FUNCTIONS 3 Position Switch ! ! ! OFF position: The unit will be OFF when the switch is in this position. ON position: When the camera is in the ON position, the LCD screen will display the STEALTH CAM logo for 2 seconds while the unit powers on. TEST position: This position is to test the PIR sensor.

ON-‐SCREEN DISPLAY ICONS ! ! ! ! ! ! Operational Mode: The icons are displayed in the mode the camera is currently operating under and they are QSET 1, QSET 2, QSET 3 and CUSTOM. The second line will display PIR Photo, PIR Video or TL (Time Lapse). Camera setting visibility is dependent on selected Operational Mode.
FUNCTIONS & FEATURES Start Up When the unit is powered ON for 2 seconds, the Stealth Cam logo will be displayed on the screen. After 2 seconds, the unit will show the Auto Mode screen. (Shown on Page 8) Auto Mode The screen will show what the camera sensor sees in real time when the camera is awake. ! ! ! ! If the Menu button is pressed while in Auto Mode, the camera will enter the camera’s Main Menu Setup Mode.
For all the QSET’s, most of the settings information will be displayed on the screen (*). ! MAIN MENU To access the Main Menu, the user must turn the camera ON and then press the MENU Button. The user will have the option to choose between five menu options shown below. CAMERA SETUP Setup Date: Set the Date for the camera. ! The default date is 01/01/15 Setup Time: Set the Time for the camera. ! The default time is 12:00AM Time Zone: Set the Time Zone where you’re using the camera. ! Eastern ! Central (Default) ! Mountain ! Pacific ! Alaskan ! Hawaiian Time Format: Set whether the time will be kept using a 12 Hour format or 24 Hour format.

Time Lapse: Camera takes a still image per preset time. o Time Lapse Settings are: Photo Resolution, PIR Delay, Time Lapse Delay, Time Lapse Start, Time Lapse Stop, Blur Reduction, Camera Name, Temperature, Information Bar, Latitude, Longitude, Factory Reset, Security Key, Format SD Card, Software Upgrade. o Time Lapse Photos will be marked with “TL” in the Information Bar.

Other adjustments are made to increase the brightness and clarity of the photo. o STANDARD – This setting will use a maximum exposure time of 1/15sec for the night photos.

Time Lapse Delay – to set the delay between photos. o Will display as “TL DELAY” in Camera Setup. o The camera will take PIR photos during the Time Lapse Session when the Time Lapse Delay is set to 60 seconds or greater. o The Time Lapse range is from 5 seconds to 59 minutes and 59 seconds. o The default Time Lapse Setting is 30 seconds.

ADVANCED SETTINGS ! ! Temperature (Default – Fahrenheit) o The temperature is imprinted on each photo in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. Information Bar (Default – ON) o The Stealth Cam logo, Time, Date, Temperature Moon Phase, and Camera Name are imprinted on the bottom of each picture.

Latitude: This function will allow the user to manually set the latitude coordinates for the camera. o The default coordinates will be 000.000000 N, this number can be set to 000.000000 -‐ 179.999999 N or S. Longitude: This function will allow the user to manually set the longitude coordinates for the camera. o The default coordinates will be 000.
CELLULAR SETTINGS The camera has the ability to communicate with generic cellular towers and transmit data from the camera to the Remote Application (APP) where you can see your photos, videos or change the settings on your cameras remotely. The APP works with your camera and mobile device is available for download from either the Apple App Store or the Android Play Store.
CELLULAR SETTINGS (cont.) ! ! ! Note: If the network is not found, then follow these steps. Select NEXT, then NEXT again at the APN screen. Do not enter any information on these screens. This will allow the camera to attempt to find a network again. If after three attempts to connect to the network fails, please contact our Customer Service Dept for assistance.
CELLULAR SETTINGS (cont.) ! ! ! ! ! Account: The user must enter in their account user name and password that is setup on the APP. Without a user name and password the camera will not connect to the APP. Use arrow keys to alter text. o User Name o Password Cellular Modem: This setting controls the cellular modem.
CELLULAR SETTINGS (cont.) ! ! ! Upload Limit: This setting controls the amount of data sent to App per day. This allows the camera to not exceed a cellular carrier’s data plan limit. o Unlimited (Default) o 500MB o 250MB o 100MB Location Data: The user can choose to use the cellular tower’s location data for the Longitude and Latitude settings on the camera.
CELLULAR SETTINGS (cont.) ! APN: The Access Point Name (APN) is the name your camera needs to set up a connection to the gateway between your carrier's cellular network and the public Internet. This setting is normally automaticallty determined during the Setup Wizard. Please consult your carrier before manually changing this setting.
MEMORY CARD INSTALLATION To insert the SD memory card into the camera: first locate the SD card slot on the right hand side of the of the camera case. Next with the SD card label facing towards the rear of the camera, insert the SD card. When the card has been pressed in fully there will be a noticeable resistance as the spring locking mechanism activates to hold on the SD card.
FORMATTING SD CARD It always best to format your SD cards from the actual device you are using, in this case the camera. This will allow the camera to format the card in the proper fashion. 1. Insert SD card into the camera. 2. Turn the camera power ON. 3. Press the MENU button. 4. Navigate to “Advanced Settings”. Press ENTER. 5. Navigate to "Format Card". Press ENTER. 6. Navigate to "Yes".
BATTERY REMOVAL & INSTALLATION To remove the batteries from the unit; open the case and press the EJECT button on the lower right hand corner. This will cause the battery tray to be released and slide downwards. New, Alkaline or Lithium, ‘AA’ batteries must be inserted with the orientation as shown on the tray.
VIEW & DELETING IMAGES The camera allows for three (3) ways to view your images. First is directly from the built-‐in screen using the Playback function. Next is the direct connection for the camera to the computer via a USB cable (not included). This is a USB mini to standard USB (type A/B) cable.

A: Under the weather seal gasket that pinches between the back of the camera and the door, on the bottom of the camera. Q: What should the trigger speed be on my stealth camera? A: This varies depending on the model of the camera.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (cont) Q: Can I swap SD cards from one scouting camera to another? A: No, We do not recommend swapping SD cards between different cameras. Each camera is made with different formatting capabilities and can cause the camera not to recognize the SD card. Q: Can I use a Mini SD card in my camera? A: No, we do not recommend a Mini SD card for storing your files.

APN: Le Nom du point (APN) est le nom de votre appareil photo doit mettre en place une connexion à la passerelle entre le réseau cellulaire de votre opérateur et de l'Internet public. CARTE MÉMOIRE INSTALLATION Pour insérer la carte mémoire SD dans l'appareil: localisez la fente de la carte SD sur le côté droit du boîtier de l'appareil photo. Ensuite, avec l'étiquette de la carte SD orientée vers l'avant de l'appareil photo, insérez la carte SD.
FOMATAGE DE LA CARTE SD Il est toujours mieux de formater vos cartes SD à partir de l'appareil actuel que vous utilisez, dans ce cas l'appareil photo. Ce qui permettra à l'appareil photo de formater la carte dans le mode approprié. 1. Insérez la carte SD dans l'appareil photo. 2. Mettez l'appareil photo. 3. Appuyez sur le bouton MENU. 4. Accédez à "Paramètres avancés". Appuyez sur ENTER. 5.
INSTALLATION ET RETRAIT DE LA PILE Pour retirer les piles de l'appareil, ouvrez le boîtier et appuyez sur le bouton ÉJECTION situé dans le coin inférieur droit. Ce qui permettra de glisser et de retirer le Compartiment à piles. De nouvelles piles, alcalines ou au lithium, de type 'AA' doivent être insérées en respectant l'orientation indiquée sur le compartiment.
AFFICHAGE ET SUPPRESSION DES IMAGES La caméra offre deux (2) façons de voir vos images. La première est la connexion directe de l'appareil photo à l'ordinateur via un câble USB (non fourni). Il s'agit d'un mini câble USB vers un câble USB standard (type A/B).
DÉFINITIONS REFLEX (Sensibilité avancée à faible luminosité) -‐ Vitesse de déclenchement ultra-‐rapide. Ne manquez jamais un moment crucial. MATRIX(Technologie de réduction du flou) – Avancée réduction du flou réduit considérablement les effets de flou résultant en plus nettes, des images plus claires.
FOIRE AUX QUESTIONS Q: Qu'est-‐ce que la vitesse de déclenchement devrait être sur mon appareil furtif? A: Cela varie en fonction du modèle de la caméra. La plupart des modèles 2014/2015 sont approximativement moins de 1 seconde, une vitesse plus âgés modèle de déclenchement sont environ 2-‐3 secondes. Q: Puis-‐je utiliser des piles rechargeables dans mon appareil photo? A: Les piles rechargeables ne sont pas recommandées.
FOIRE AUX QUESTIONS (SUITE) Q: Puis-‐je échanger des cartes SD d'une caméra de reconnaissance à l'autre? A: Non, nous ne recommandons pas échangeant des cartes SD entre les différentes caméras. Chaque caméra est faite avec des capacités différentes de mise en forme et peut causer la caméra de ne pas reconnaître la carte SD.
