you should hear the water going into the tank and at the same time the voltage should read 11.88 volts or so (see 
picture 5.) As the water inlet valve opens and closed you will see the voltage change from 0 to 11.88. This is normal. 
There should be no voltage going to the valve when the unit is full of water, this is also normal. The only time voltage is 
going to the water inlet valve is when water is being called for, otherwise it will be 0 and no water should be flowing. 
Check the electrical connections at the terminals of the water inlet valve make sure they are tight and on the top of the 
generator check the connection on the circuit board at the plug labeled WATER IN. If you are getting the 11.88 voltage 
and NO water is flowing into the generator, that is an indication the water inlet valve is stuck closed and needs to be 
replaced.

whoever is installing the generator has any questions, they are welcome to call for assistance also.
