Installation, Operation & Maintenance Manual

A. Installation

Install the controller outside/inside the steam room, and,

preferably, beside the door, where you can have easy access. Run

the sensor wire to the steam room. The best location for the

sensor is 5” above the door; and the sensor tip should be exposed

1.5” into the room. Plug in the connector cable. The arrow on the

male and female plugs should face each other.

B. Operation

The controller performs 4 functions:

1. ON/OFF: Turns ON or OFF the steam generator at any desired time.

2. Time control: Controls the duration of the steam generator’s operation, which can be set by pressing the

and buttons, the unit will produce steam until it times out.

3. Temperature control: Controls the temperature setpoint in steam room, which can be set by pressing the

and buttons.

4. Temperature display: Displays the current temperature of the steam room in Celsius or Fahrenheit. The

temperature reading on the display can be changed from Celsius to Fahrenheit and vice-versa.

Note: The controller keeps the user-programmed values until the power to the controller is lost. After the power

is restored, it goes back to its original defaults.

C. Setup

1. To turn the controller ON or OFF: Press and release the ON/OFF button once.

2. To set the desired time: Press and release time or time button while the controller is ON, until the

display shows your desired time. After 5 seconds, the display switches back to the current temperature in the

steam room.

3. To set the desired temperature: Press and release the temp. or temp. button while the controller is

ON, until the display shows the desired temperature. After 5 seconds, the display switches back to the

current temperature in the steam room.

Note: This control is capable of being set for both steam & sauna applications as well as commercial and

residential applications. Please see below for detailed settings.

Important: Turn off the control by pressing the ON/OFF button to be able to do the following functions.
