PRODUCT INFORMATION

• The Handle (1) is used to safely lift up and lower the Pressing Plate, and to carry
the unit.
• The Steam Burst Buttons (2) are located on either side of the Handle, and produce
a powerful burst of steam when pressed.
• The Water Reservoir Cap (3a) covers the Water Reservoir fill hole and must be
removed in order to fill the Water Reservoir with distilled water.
• The Water Reservoir (3b) is the tank in which distilled water is stored for use by
the unit. There must be water in the Water Reservoir in order for the units steam
burst function to work correctly.
• The Ironing Board (4) is the padded surface onto which fabric is placed during
pressing. The fabric cover is removable and can be washed.
• The Pressing Plate (5) is the temperature-controlled teflon surface that heats and
presses fabric.
• The Pressing Plate Cover (6) is the durable cover that protects the Pressing Plate.
• The On/Off Switch (7) activates and deactivates the unit.
• The Locking Knob (8) locks the Pressing Plate and Ironing Board together. This
allows for carrying and storage of the unit.
• The Power Indicator Light (Red) (9) illuminates when the On/Off Switch is set to
the “On” position, providing you with a clear visual indication that the unit is
powered on.
• The Pressing Indicator Light (Green) (10) illuminates while the unit is heating to
the selected temperature. When deactivated, this indicates that you are ready to
press.
• The Steam Burst Ready Indicator Light (Yellow) (11) illuminates once the unit is
ready to produce bursts of steam, providing you with a clear visual indication that
you can begin using the Steam Burst Buttons.
• The Temperature Control Buttons (12) are pushed to select a desired temperature.
Press the right arrow button to cycle right through the list of fabric choices above
the buttons, and press the left arrow button to cycle left through the list of fabric
choices above the buttons.
• The Cord Storage Compartment (13) provides a convenient and easily accessible
place to store the power cord.
• The Measuring Cup (14) is designed to assist you in easily filling the Water
Reservoir with distilled water.
• The Spray Bottle (15) allows you to moisten fabrics before pressing, which helps
to make the pressing process easier and more effective in certain instances.
• The Pressing Cushion (16) is a fabric-covered pad used for pressing gathered or
contoured areas such as sleeves, darts, or yokes.
APAGADO AUTOMÁTICO
La función de apagado automático de la Plancha de Vapor Digital de Tela incluye tanto un
apagado automático como un encendido automático. Estas características de función múltiple
desactivan la corriente eléctrica del calentador cuando el Plato de Planchado ha sido dejado
cerrado contra la Tabla de Planchado por más de 10 segundos. La desactivación del
calentador se indica por un sonido de alarma. La funcionalidad del calentador se reestablece
cuando el Plato de Planchado se levanta nuevamente.
La corriente del calentador también se cortará si el Plato de Planchado se deja levantado sin
usar por aproximadamente 15 minutos (indicado por un sonido de alarma continuo). Después
de que el sonido haya parado, la habilidad de calentamiento de la unidad puede ser restaurada
accionando nuevamente el Interruptor Encendido/Apagado, o por solamente presionar los
Botones de Control de Temperatura.
IMPORTANTE: El apagado automático no significa que se corte totalmente la corriente
de la unidad. El aparato sigue encendido y la Luz Indicadora de Poder permanecerá
encendida hasta que el Interruptor de Encendido/Apagado sea puesto en la posición
“Apagado” (O) (FIGURA 1, página 6).
LIMPIEZA DE LA PLANCHA DE VAPOR DIGITAL DE TELA
1. Llene el Tanque de Agua con agua usando el procedimiento en la página 6 de este manual.
2. Coloque el Cojín de Planchado en el centro de la Tabla de Planchado.
3. Coloque una toalla limpia sobre el Cojín y la Tabla de Planchado.
4. Ponga el Selector de Control de Temperatura en el más alto (ROPA BLANCA / LINEN).
5. Cuando se ilumine la Luz Indicadora del Chorro de Vapor, baje el Plato de Planchado sobre
el Cojín de Planchado.
6. Presione el Botón de Vapor a Chorro seis veces.
7. Permita que el Plato de Planchado se enfríe.
8. Limpie el Plato de Planchado con un trapo húmedo. No use materiales abrasivos, ya que
pueden dañar el Plato de Planchado.
9. La tela que cubre la Tabla de Planchado puede retirarse para ser limpiada. Lave a mano
con un detergente suave.
ALMACENAJE APROPIADO
1. Una vez que termine el planchado, apague la unidad y desconecte el cable de potencia del
tomacorriente.
2. Permita que la unidad se enfríe totalmente (por lo menos 30 minutos)
3. Baje el Plato de Planchado y ponga la Manija de Cerrado en la posición de “cerrado”.
4. Envuelva el cable de poder y colóquelo en el Compartimiento de Almacenaje del Cable.
5. Guarde todos los accesorios en una forma segura, preferentemente cerca de la Plancha de
Vapor Digital de Tela.
6. Guarde la Plancha de Vapor Digital de Tela en un lugar fresco y seco.
