Grid voltage too low for
reactivation
After switch-off, the inverter cannot inject again
because the grid voltage is below the legally pre-
scribed switch-on value.

Isolation error
The insulating resistor between plus and minus
input and ground underranges the permissible
value. For safety reasons the inverter is not allowed
to inject into the grid.
u Notify your installer.
L and N swapped
Outer conductor and neutral conductor are con-
nected swapped out. For safety reasons the inverter
is not allowed to inject into the grid.
u Notify your installer.
No branding
The inverter has incorrect or faulty device data. For
this reason, the inverter cannot inject into the grid.
u Notify your installer.
No connection to the
energy meter
The communication connection between the
inverter and the energy meter does not exist or is
defective.
u Please ask your installer to check the connection.
Overtemperature HSS
The maximum permissible boost converter tempera-
ture has been exceeded. The inverter does not inject
into the grid until the permissible temperature
range is reached.
1. Check whether the installation conditions are ful-
filled.
2. Contact your installer if this alarm occurs fre-
quently.
