THISWARRANTYDOESNOTCOVER:

• Merchandisesoldas reconditioned,usedas rentalequipment,orflooror

displaymodels.

• Merchandisethathas becomedamagedor inoperativebecauseof

ordinarywear,misuse,cold,heat,rain,excessivehumidity,freeze

damage,use of improperchemicals,negligence,accident,failureto

operatethe productinaccordancewith the instructionsprovidedin the

OwnersManual(s)suppliedwiththe product,impropermaintenance,the

useof accessoriesor attachmentsnot recommendedbySTEELE®,

or unauthorizedrepairor alterations.

• Repairandtransportationcostsof merchandisedeterminednot to be

defective.

• Costsassociatedwithassembly,requiredoil, adjustmentsorother

installationandstart-upcosts.

• Expendablepartsor accessoriessuppliedwiththe productwhichare

expectedto becomeinoperativeor unusableaftera reasonableperiod

of use.

• Merchandisesoldby STEELE® whichhas beenmanufactured

by andidentifiedasthe productof anothercompany,suchasgasoline

engines.The productmanufacturer'swarranty,ifany,will apply.

• Allillustrations,specifications,imagesandtechnicalinformationcontained

inthisdocumentarebasedonthemostcurrentinformationavailableatthe

timeofdistribution.STEELE® reservestherightto makechangestothis

itemandaccessoriesaswellascolors,materials,equipment,specifications,

modelsandanysupportingdocumentation,atanytimeandwithoutnotice.
