Markers section of the Video panel
In the Markers section of the Video panel in Write mode, you can input and edit markers and
timecodes, and also
dene markers as important.
You can hide/show the Video panel by clicking Video in the Notations toolbox.
The Markers section of the Video panel contains a table of markers, divided into the following
columns:
Timecode
Shows the timecode of the marker. You can edit the timecode by double-clicking in the
eld.
Text
Shows the text of the marker. You can edit the text by double-clicking in the eld.
Imp.
Stands for “important”, allows you to dene markers as important by activating their
checkbox in this column.
When markers are dened as important, their entry uses a bold font in the table and
they are considered when
nding a suitable tempo in the Find Tempo dialog.

Add Marker dialog
The Add Marker dialog allows you to input markers with custom text at specic timecodes.
You can open the Add Marker dialog in Write mode by clicking Add Marker in the Markers
section of the Video panel.
