2 Selection options
Allow you to select/deselect all the ows in the project. For example, you can deselect all
ows and then activate the checkbox of a single ow you want to export.

Create folder for exported les
Controls whether or not Dorico Elements generates a new folder for the selected ows
within the selected export path. The automatic folder name is “Flows from” followed by the
project
le name, for example, “Flows from Smyth - String Quintet”.

Export to eld
Displays the current export path where exported les will be saved.

Choose Folder
Opens the File Explorer/macOS Finder and allows you to change the export path.
Exporting audio
You can export projects as audio les in either MP3 or WAV format, including exporting ows and
players as separate les, for example, if you want to share an audio mock-up of only the soloist’s
part in the second ow.
PREREQUISITE
You have positioned the full score layout from which you want to export audio at the top of the
Layouts panel in Setup mode.
PROCEDURE
1. Choose File > Export > Audio to open the Export Audio dialog.
2. In the Export Audio dialog, choose one of the following le format options:
Export compressed mp3 (.mp3)
Export uncompressed WAV (.wav)
3. Activate/Deactivate Export each selected ow as a separate le.
4. In the Select ows to export list, activate the checkbox for each ow you want to export as
audio. You can also click
Select All or Select None at the bottom of the list.
5. Activate/Deactivate Export players as separate les.
6. Optional: If you activated Export players as separate les, activate the checkbox for each
player you want to export in the Select players to export list. You can also click Select All or
Select None at the bottom of the list.
7. Click Choose Folder beside the Export to eld to open the File Explorer/macOS Finder.
8. In the File Explorer/macOS Finder, locate and select the destination folder you want.
9. Click Select Folder (Windows)/Open (macOS) to insert the new path in the Export to eld.
10. Click OK to export the selected ows/players as the selected type of audio le and close the
dialog.
