17.3 Spark Arrestor in Muffler and
Spacer
WARNUNG
To reduce the risk of damage to persons or
objects from contact with hot parts, never oper‐
ate the machine without a spacer, or with the
spacer damaged.
See "Main Parts" for positions of spark arrestor
and spacer.
If the engine is down on power, have the spark
arrestor in the muffler checked
Check the spacer for damage
Have a damaged spacer replaced immediately
18 Maintenance and Care
The following intervals apply for normal operating
conditions. The specified intervals must be short‐
ened accordingly when working for longer than nor‐
mal or under difficult cutting conditions (extensive
dust, etc.).
