Horizontal Cut (with straight cutter bar)
Hold the cutter bar at an angle of 0° to
10° as you swing the hedge trimmer
horizontally.
Swing the cutter bar in an arc towards
the outside of the hedge so that the
cuttings are swept to the ground.
Recommendation: Only cut hedges that
are no more than chest height.
WARNING
Operation of this interchangeable
attachment is permitted only with the
following basic power tools:
All models
Models with a short drive tube (K
versions) must not be used for ground-
level cutting.
The HL-0° is not approved for ground-
level cutting.
WARNING
Other combinations with basic power
tools not listed here are not permitted
since they may result in accidents or
serious personal injury.
Models with bike handle
The HL-0° attachment is not approved
for use on bike-handled machines.
