25 Specifications
– Spark plug electrode gap: 0.02 in. (0.5 mm)
– Weight without fuel, oil, guide bar or saw chain:
14.3 lbs. (6.3 kg)
– Maximum fuel tank volume: 24.3 oz. (0.72 l)
– Maximum oil tank volume: 11.5 oz. (0.34 l)
Do not use BIA or TCW rated (2-cycle water cooled) mix oils
or other mix oils that state they are for use in both water
cooled and air cooled engines (e.g., outboard motors,
snowmobiles, chain saws, mopeds, etc.).
25.3 Chain Sprockets
The following chain sprockets are available for this model
chain saw:
– 7-tooth for 3/8" pitch
25.4 Minimum Groove Depth of Guide Bars
The minimum groove depth of a guide bar depends on the
pitch of the guide bar.
– Minimum groove depth for 3/8" pitch guide bars:
0.236 in. (6 mm)
25.5 Depth Gauge Setting
The depth gauge setting of a saw chain depends on the pitch
of the chain.
– Depth gauge setting for 3/8" pitch chains: 0.026 in.
(0.65 mm)
