4 Safety Symbols on the Product
16 Spark Plug
Ignites the fuel-air mix in the engine.
17 Shutter for Summer or Winter Operation
With summer and winter positions. Carburetor is heated
in winter position.
18 Spark Plug Boot
Connects the spark plug with the ignition lead.
19 Air Filter
Filters the air drawn into the engine.
20 Throttle Trigger Lockout
Prevents activation of the throttle trigger until depressed.
21 Rear Handle
Handle for the operator's right hand.
22 Rear Hand Guard
Helps protect the operator's right hand in the event the
chain breaks or comes off the bar.
23 Throttle Trigger
Controls the speed of the engine.
24 Master Control Lever
Lever for choke control, starting throttle, run and stop
switch position.
25 Fuel Filler Cap
Closes and seals the fuel tank.
26 Starter Grip
The grip of the pull starter for starting the engine.
27 Oil Flow Adjusting Screw
For adjusting the amount of chain oil.
28 Oil Adjustment Limiter
Limits travel of oil flow adjusting screw.
29 Oil Filler Cap
Closes and seals the oil tank.

Locks the depth limiter in selected position.

of vibration created by the engine and cutting attachment

Avoid contact of the bar tip with any object. This
can cause the bar to kick suddenly up and back,
which may result in serious or fatal injury. Always
use two hands to operate the saw, @ 6.
