2.1 Warnings and Instructions
WARNING
■ To reduce the risk of eye injury,
always wear goggles that are impact-
rated and marked as complying with
CSA Z94. Wearers of prescription
(Rx) eyewear should wear goggles
that can be worn over prescription
lenses without disrupting either the
prescription eyewear or the proper fit
of the goggles.
■ Keep bystanders, especially children,
and animals out of the work area.
Never leave the pressure washer
unattended while running.
■ Never allow minors to operate the
pressure washer.
■ Do not overreach. Keep proper
footing and balance at all times.
Special care must be taken in slippery
conditions. Never operate the
pressure washer (with any accessory
or attachment) while standing on a
ladder or other insecure support.
■ To reduce the risk of severe laceration
and other personal injury from fluid
injection, shut off the pressure
washer, relieve system pressure and
lock the spray gun trigger before
removing, installing or adjusting any
spray nozzle or accessory.
■ To reduce the risk of laceration and
injection of fluids below the skin,
never direct spray jet toward yourself,
other persons or animals. Keep
hands, feet and other parts of your
body clear of the pressure washer
spray at all times, regardless of the
nozzle or spray attachment being
used. If an accident does occur and
the spray appears to have penetrated
the skin, seek emergency medical
care. Do not treat as a simple cut.
■ The pressure washer's powerful water
jet causes reactive forces in a
direction opposite to the direction of
spray (kickback). Hold the spray gun
and lance firmly while you are working
to reduce the risk of personal injury
from loss of control.
■ Take special care when working with
an angled spray attachment (e.g.,
gutter cleaner, pivot coupler, etc.). Be
aware of the direction of spray before
pressing the spray trigger. Prepare for
recoil forces to push the lance in the
opposite direction, which may not be
directly back toward the operator.
■ To reduce the risk of serious personal
injury and property damage, never
use the gutter cleaner attachment with
a 0° nozzle. The concentrated spray
jet could pierce gutters and other
building material.
■ Never operate your pressure washer
or any spray attachment or accessory
if it is modified, damaged, improperly
adjusted or maintained, or not
completely and securely assembled.
Before starting work, ensure that all
hoses, fittings and couplings are
properly installed and secure and that
all components are in good working
order.
■ To reduce the risk of loss of control
and personal injury, never operate the
pressure washer with the spray gun
trigger wired in the open position.
Never modify the pressure washer
controls in any way.
■ Ensure that the nozzle or spray
attachment is fixed securely in the
quick-action coupling on the spray
lance. If it is not secure, it can fly out
of the spray lance during operation
and cause injury.
■ Hoses, fittings, couplings and other
accessories must be approved for the
maximum temperature and pressure
(psi) of the pressure washer being
used. Never exceed the maximum
operating pressure or temperature.
■ The quick connect extended lance (7)
is designed to provide greater reach
when spraying. To reduce the risk of
serious injury from loss of control,
never connect more than one spray
lance extensions to your pressure
washer.
■ When using a detergent spray
attachment, follow the manufacturer’s
instructions for proper preparation
and dilution, as well as safe use and
disposal. Only use a detergent
specifically designed and approved
for use with pressure washers. Read
and follow the detergent
manufacturer’s warnings and
instructions regarding appropriate
safety precautions and proper use.
■ To reduce the risk of fire/explosion
resulting in serious personal injury or
property damage, never spray
flammable liquids. Never spray fluids
that contain solvents or undiluted
acids (e.g., gasoline, heating oil, paint
thinner or acetone). The spray is
highly combustible, explosive and
poisonous.
NOTICE
To reduce the risk of property damage,
begin work on a lower pressure setting
and increase pressure as necessary. Do
not move so close to the object being
cleaned that it can be damaged by the
force of the spray. Never direct the high-
pressure jet toward the pressure washer
itself or any of its components.
Long Range Detergent Nozzle
(Illustration 1)
Allows application of detergent spray
from a distance of up to 30 feet.
Rotating Nozzle (Illustration 2)
Applies 0° high-pressure spray with
rotary action for aggressive cleaning.
Not for use on soft surfaces that can be
damaged by the concentrated spray jet.
Spray Lance Coupler (Illustration 3)
Replacement quick-connect coupler for
the spray lance.
Pivot Coupler (Illustration 4)
Connects the spray lance to the high-
pressure nozzle and adjusts to 3
different angles for cleaning certain
hard-to-reach surfaces.
3.0 Multi-Function Nozzle (Illustration 5)
Adjusts to 6 different spray patterns for
different cleaning applications.
Gutter Cleaner (Illustration 6)
For cleaning gutters with an extended
lance. Not for use while on a ladder or
other insecure support.
Quick Connect Extended Lance
(Illustration 7)
Extends the length of the spray lance for
cleaning certain hard-to-reach surfaces.
Spray Nozzles (Illustration 8)
Narrow Jet Nozzle (0°): for removing
stubborn dirt from concrete and metal.
Fan Jet Nozzle (15°): for removing
stubborn dirt.
Fan Jet Nozzle (25°): for all-purpose,
high-pressure cleaning.
Fan Jet Nozzle (40°): for all-purpose,
high-pressure cleaning.
Detergent Nozzle (65°): for use when
working with a detergent cleaner.
Read and follow instructions and
restrictions on the product packaging.
When connecting any “quick-connect”
attachment or accessory:
► Shut off the pressure washer and
squeeze the spray gun trigger to
relieve system pressure.
► Lock the spray gun trigger.
► Pull back the coupling sleeve on the
spray lance as far as it will go and hold
it there (1).
► Push the spray lance onto the
attachment coupling (2) and push the
coupling sleeve forward as far as it will
go (3).
► Pull the spray lance and/or
attachment to confirm that the
accessory is attached securely (4.).
5.1 Cleaning the Spray Nozzles
Nozzle orifices are extremely small and
may become clogged with foreign
material, such as dirt. Clean the nozzles
immediately if they become partially
clogged or the spray pattern becomes
distorted.
► Shut off the pressure washer and
squeeze the spray gun trigger to
relieve system pressure.
► Lock the spray gun trigger.
► Disconnect the attachment from the
spray lance.
► Clean the attachment nozzles from
the front with a suitable needle and
rinse with water.
See product packaging for more
information.

1 Introduction
Because the accessories
described below are used
with a pressure washer
capable of producing a
powerful water jet, special
safety precautions must be
observed to reduce the risk
of personal injury.
It is important that the
operator read, fully
understand and observe the
safety precautions and
warnings in these
instructions and the
instruction manual for the
pressure washer. Read the
instructions before use and
periodically thereafter.
Careless or improper use
may cause serious or fatal
injury. Never loan this
accessory or your pressure
washer without the
instructions.
