Troubleshooting
Before starting any service work, operate the sprayer until it is no longer under pressure – if pressure is not released, chemical
may escape unexpectedly when working on the sprayer.
After servicing, carry out test run with clean water.
Condition Cause Remedy
Pumping action produces no pressure
Lever can be operated with little
resistance
Pump barrel damaged Install new pump barrel
Valve disks damaged Have valve disks replaced

Piston cup seal damaged Have piston cup seal replaced

Lever jammed or difficult to move
downwards
Piston cup seal not lubricated Lubricating Piston Cup Seal
Nozzle / filter plugged Clean nozzle / filter
Unit sprays only while pumping Pressure vessel is full of liquid Pump until unit is completely empty
Repeat after no more than 5 refills
Nozzle does not spray – pressure in
