Limited One Year Warranty of Interior MDF Doors Stile Doors (SD) warrants to the original buyer (defined as
homeowner) of a Stile Doors MDF door used for interior use that the door will comply with the WDMA
Industry Standard 1.S.-6 pertaining to all measurements, tolerances and warp; and will be free of defects in
materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
1. Failure to follow SD instructions for proper handling, storage, and care of doors.
2. Failure to seal all six sides of the door after immediate receipt of doors.
3.. Improperly installed jambs placing stress on door.
4. Improper trimming.
5. Improper installation.
6. Attempts to repair a door by anyone except a Stile Door representative.
7. Other parties beyond SD control including but not limited to normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, misuse,
alteration, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, tornado or other acts of nature.
If an interior SD door fails SD will at its sole and ultimate discretion
1. Refund the original purchase price.
2. Repair the door on site or in the SD factory.
3. Replace the door with a similar primed door.
Under no circumstances will SD be responsible for freight / transportation charges for doors to or from the
installation location or for labor incurred during finishing or replacement.
Claims under this warranty must be made in writing, with proof of purchase and prior to any repair work to:
Stile Doors 700 W. 190th Street Gardena, CA 90248 must be given a 30 day period to have a SD representative
field inspect the door(s) in question.
This is the maximum liability to SD for interior MDF doors. SD makes no other warranty, expressed or implied.
Terms and Conditions governing all sales by Stile Doors, whether made pursuant to oral or written orders to its
representatives or salesman.
FORCE MAJEURE Delay in delivery or nondelivery in whole or in part by Seller shall not be a breach of this
sale if performance is made impracticable by the occurrence of anyone or more of the following contingencies,
the nonoccurrence of which is basic assumption on which the agreement is made: (a) Fires, Floods or other
casualties; (b) Wars, Riots, Civil Commotion, Embargoes, government regulations or martial law; (c) Sellers’s
inability to obtain necessary materials (finished or otherwise) from its usual sources of supply; (d) Shortage of
