Telluride Fire Pit Installation Instructions
Step 1. Place the steel fire ring in the desired location of the
finished fire pit. Be sure the area is level.
Step 2. Lay the base course of wall stones around the perimeter
of the fire ring. The base course will include four straight wall
units and four left hand corner units. The wall units will be very
close to the fire ring, but will not actually touch it.
Step 3. Lay the second course of wall stones. The second course
will include four straight wall units and four right hand corner
units. Dry stack the wall to ensure a proper fit before applying
adhesive. After you are satisfied with the fit, apply a heavy duty
construction adhesive between courses of wall.

Step 4. Install the four-piece cap. Again, dry lay the cap to ensure
a proper fit before applying adhesive. The cap will just cover the
metal fire ring. After you are satisfied with the fit apply heavy duty
construction adhesive between the top course of wall and the
bottom of the cap.
Step 5. Pour rock that will withstand high heat, such as lava
rock, in the bottom of the fire ring. The depth of rock will
depend on how elevated you would like the logs to be within
your fire pit. Stack your logs, ignite and enjoy the warmth of
your fire. Try not to burn your marshmallows!
