StoneBilt Concepts LLC Product Warranty
StoneBilt Concepts LLC warrants its residential retaining wall products for a period of 3 years
from the date of purchase, provided that the installation of such products is done in accordance
with the StoneBilt Concept LLC Installation Instructions. In no case does StoneBilt Concepts
LLC warrant the actual installation of its products.
StoneBilt Concepts LLC's residential retaining wall products are crafted for garden planters,
residential retaining walls and steel lined fire pits. StoneBilt Concepts LLC’s warranty is
limited to the structural integrity of the retaining wall products in residential applications and
the warranty does not cover the following:
 Imperfections commonly found in concrete products, such as exposed aggregates,
small chips or shrinkage cracks and varying surface textures.
 Damage caused by intentional abuse including; abnormal wear and tear, such as
surface stains, erosion from water, damage from landscaping and lawn care equipment
and chipping or cracking caused by forceful impact.
 Shade or color blend variations between the paving slab units.
 Shade variations between paving slab products and samples or photographs.
 Efflorescence on or its removal from paving slab products. Efflorescence is a natural
occurrence in concrete products and usually washes or wears off over time.
 Use of concrete the paving slab products beyond the applications described in the
StoneBilt Concepts LLC product information.
StoneBilt Concepts LLC's warranty is limited to the cost of replacement paving slab products
only and does not include any other costs including freight of replacement paving slabs or the
cost of labor for replacement. StoneBilt Concepts LLC does not guarantee that the shape or
color will be available in the future and will provide an alternate shape and\or color from its
current product line as determined by StoneBilt Concepts LLC is its sole and absolute
discretion at the time of an accepted warranty claim.
THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF FITNESS BEYOND THIS
EXPRESSED WARRANTY. STONEBILT CONCEPTS LLC EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR
LOST PROFIT ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
STONEBILT CONCEPTS LLC EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY OR WARRANTY FOR MISUSE OR
MISAPPLICATION OF PRODUCTS. THE REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE THE ONLY
REMEDIES AVAILABLE FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.
THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL END USER AND IS NOT
TRANSFERABLE AND REQUIRES PROOF OF PURCHASE BY SAID END USER.
