Application Instructions
Step 1: CLEAN SURFACE. We recommend TractionWash.
Dilute TractionWash to water in a bucket per these dilution ratios:
1:32 for light cleaning; 1:20 for moderately dirty or greasy surfaces or 1:10 for very dirty or greasy surfaces)
Broadcast Traction Wash mix on area to be treated and agitate with a brush.
Let stand for 10 minutes to begin to break down foreign contaminants. Rinse and extract.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OPTIONAL STEP FOR CONCRETE SURFACES (if desired.)
If you desire to whiten and brighten the concrete to be treated; follow step 1A
Step 1A: Mix InvisaTread™ (IVT) 1:3 - 1 part IVT to 3 parts water.
- Broadcast IVT mix onto area to be treated and brush to cover
- Let stand for 5 minutes or until surface turns milky-white
- Rinse with 1:20 dilution of Traction Wash™
- Pressure wash or scrub to rinse off material and extract.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 2: Allow surface to dry thoroughly.
Step 3: Fill sprayer with StonewalledSealer- DO NOT DILUTE.
Spray in even smooth overlapping strokes onto surface.
Use a roller or microfiber flat mop, to cut in areas and corners if desired
Spray to saturation until the surface will not accept any more product. Try to avoid puddling.
Consumption should be 225 - 350 sq. ft per gallon. Actual yield may vary depending on porosity of the
surface, ambient and surface temperatures.
When spraying on vertical surfaces - ALWAYS spray from the bottom, to the top.
If a horizontal surface is pitched to drain, spray from the bottom of the slope to the top.
Step 5: Allow surface to dry. Test a spot to see if the surface will accept more product. Apply more, if needed.
DO NOT WALK ON SURFACE FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS. Do not get wet for 12 hrs. Full cure in 5 - 7 days
When surface is fully cured test for hydro-phobicity. Splash some water onto the surface to check for bead like effect.
In a small test area, beading may occur as soon as surface is dry.
