INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup (6 oz.) Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Allow the cake to cool for about 30 minutes. While the cake sits, combine the Greek yogurt,
powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and whisk well. If the frosting is too
thin, you can add more powdered sugar to thicken it. Place cake on a cake plate and frost.
If you do not want to use frosting, you can dust the cake with a lile powdered sugar.
