3. Top Flue Installation
3.1 Theapplianceisfactorysuppliedwithatopueoutletbut
theuecollarandblankingplaterequiresealingwithFire
Cement before use, see Diagram 3.

3.2 Totthepipetothecollar:
— Lift appliance into position.
 Takecarenottodamagethehearthnish.
Cast Top Plate
 Thecasttopplatemustbettedpriortoconnectingtheue.

3.3 Lineupthecasttopushwiththefrontandsidesof
the appliance.
3.4 Forthetopueversionpositiontheholecutout
concentricallywiththeueanduering.

3.5 Connectappliancetothechimneyusinguepipe.
3.6 Seal the connecting joints.

The Flue must be installed in accordance with manufacturers
instructions.

3.7 From the inside of the appliance, place a generous amount
ofrecementinsidetheuecollar.
 Insertthe612mmlonguepipeintotheuecollarsothe
bulge is sitting on top of the appliance.
3.8 Elevatethetopplatewhilsttheuepipeissealedwithre
cement.
When complete lower the top plate onto the appliance.
