Safety Features
Alaris3‐DprintersaredesignedtocomplywithCEandFCCstandards.
Theyareequippedwiththefollowingsafetyfeatures:

switch
ThepowersuppliedtotheUVlampandthe
motionmotorsisturnedoffwhenthecoveris
opened.
WARNING:Donotdefeat(override)the
interlockswitch.Doingsocouldresultin
seriouspersonalinjury.Iftheinterlockswitch
doesnotfunctioncorrectly,donotusethe
printer,andcontactyo
urserviceprovider.
Coverlock Thecoverislockedwhiletheprinteris
working.Itisreleasedwhentheprinterreverts
topauseorstopmode.
WARNING:Donotdefeat(override)the
safetylock.Doingsocouldresultinserious
personalinjury.Ifthesafetylockdoesnot
functioncorrectly,donotusetheprinter

contactyourserviceprovider.
