Making
changes to a
Job
Fromthejob(“print”)queueofJobManager,youcanopenjobstomake
changestothembeforeprinting.
To make changes to a job:
1. Selectthejobintheprintqueue.
2. ClicktheEditJobiconoropentheJobmenuandselect
Edit.
ObjetStudioopens,displayingthebuildtray.(Thestatusofthejobin
JobManagerchangesfrom“Waiting”to“Editing.”)
3. MakechangestothebuildtrayinObjetStudio(seechapter 5,“Using
ObjetStudio”).
4. InObjetStudio,savethechangesbyselecting
File > Save Tray(orby
pressing
Ctrl+S).
5. CloseObjetStudio.
ThestatusofthejobinJobManagerchangesbackto“Waiting.”
Job>RestartJob Forastoppedjobintheprintqueue:Starts
printingtheselectedjobfromthebeginning.
ForaselectedjobintheHistorysection:Moves
thejobtotheprintqueueandchangesitsstatus
toWaiting.
Job>Stop... Instructsthe3D printertostopprintingafter
cu
ringthecurrentlyprintedslice.(Youcan
continueprintingwiththeResumeiconor
menuoption,butforshortinterruptions,use
thePauseiconormenuoption.)
Job>Pause... Instructsthe3Dprintertostopprintingafter
curingthecurrentlyprintedslice.(This
commanddoesnotflushtheprintingbuffer.
The
refore,useitinsteadofStopwhenyou
intendtocontinueprintingthejobshortly.)
Job>Resume Continuesprintingthecurrentjobafter
printingwasstoppedwiththeStoporPause
iconormenuoption.
Job>DeleteJob... Removestheselectedjobfromthequeue.
Job>ReviewJob… Opensawindowdi
splayingtheselectedtray.
Inthiswindow,youcanviewthetrayfrom
differentangles.
Job>JobInfo… Opensawindowdisplayingthepropertiesof
theselectedmodel.
Job>EditJob… LaunchesObjetStudioandloadstheselected
tray,toenablemakingchangestoitbefore
beingprinted.(See“MakingchangestoaJob
,”
below.)
