On the top right of the motor, there is a lever that you can use to switch
between recirculating and ducted modes for the range hood. Loosen
the lever from its current position and adjust it to the desired position.
• For ducted mode, turn the lever to the RIGHT.
• For ductless/recirculating mode, turn the lever to the LEFT.

If you plan to use the provided template, affix the template with tape to
the bottom of the cabinet. Use a pencil to trace and mark the spots on
the bottom of the cabinet where drilling will occur for the mounting
holes as well as for the duct.
Alternatively, you may also position the range hood underneath the
cabinet and mark the location of the mounting holes on the cabinet as
well as the duct cutout.
