Connect the 5’’ round aluminum duct exhaust hose to the round vent
air flap by placing one end of the hose over the flap and securing it with
two small screws. Then, wrap the connection with tape or use a hose
clamp and wrap it with tape to ensure a tight seal.

Some under-mount range hood models may have a rectangular side
vent cutout designed for side ventilation. Please check the specification
sheet of the range hood or contact our customer service to confirm.
Attach the vent flaps in the exhaust port on the top of the range hood.
Ensure that the flaps can open smoothly without any obstructions.
Ensure that the bumps on the flap face upwards and outwards.
